Cognitive Hypnotherapy is different from traditional hypnotherapy, in that you will be doing the work while I guide you to access different memories, emotions and ideas while you are in a light trance state. We all slip in and out of trance states every day, without noticing it. So we'll be using these states to access and change how your brain creates and reacts to negative memories and ideas, and at the same time changing the beliefs, behaviours and thinking patterns around these. It doesn't take any special skills from you, just a willingness to explore and learn.
